Supplement ideas for the modern gal, to complement her dietary needs.
If you are not familiar with dietary #supplements, you're on the right blog! Here's a super basic introduction to the supplements I utilize on a daily basis. I def recommend you talk to your doctor or make some research of your own before you try them. Supplements are used to complement your meals, so make sure you're also eating properly. Just to clarify, I know all bodies are beautiful and different. This means we don't have the same needs! These supplements work well with my diet and individual needs, I'll explain this as we review each product.
Since I'm trying to gain muscle mass and weight, it is crucial for me to drink #protein shakes once or twice a day. I drink it right after working for sure. Normally, I also like to drink protein before breakfast if I have the chance or before bed as my dinner. I use whey which is an animal product, but if you are vegetarian or vegan there are so many other protein powder options in the market. Try adding fruits, veggies, oatmeal, peanut butter, and nuts to your shakes/smoothies to make them extra yummmmmmy.
If you're a #VitaminLover you know the amazing health benefits of the E. I'll give you a run-through: prevents inflammation, promotes eye health, anti-aging skin benefits, and lowers the risk of cancer. They usually come in small soft gel capsules; one per day keeps the doctor away. Lol but really, just one capsule a day, k?
According to healthline.com, creatine is the number-one supplement for improving performance at the gym. Studies show that it can increase muscle mass, strength and exercise performance. To be completely honest my parents, both doctors, dislike my creatine consumption. They don't think it's good in the long run, but you know.... I'm a rebel and I want my gainz. Also, my plan is to take them for a year or so. Make sure you read the recommended dose on the label, or maybe just skip this supplement!
I've recently started eating some very delicious biotin gummies, twice a day. Omg, they are really f*cking good, pardon my french. Basically biotin promotes hair growth, stronger nails and beautiful skin. According to my bestie Gabriella, who swears by this, biotin is just freaking great if you want long ass hair in a shorter period of time.
So that's my T for this post! Let me know if you've tried these products before or if you're interested in giving them a chance. Please consult your doctor before purchasing and consuming these supplements. Good luck cuties!
